Scott Matthew Crackel, 37, of Union City died Dec. 4, 2011, at his home.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Obion County Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Melvin Poe officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. today at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Brad Keightley, Jeff Walters, Todd Pruett, Ricky Vaughn, Gary Hutchison and Chaise Vaughn.
The family requests that memorials be made to Obion County Hometown Walk of Hope.
He was born Jan. 11, 1974, in Detroit, son of Robert H. and Teresea (Eddlemon) Crackel of Union City. He worked for Keightley Construction Co. in Union City.
He is also survived by his daughter, Chelsea Crackel of Union City; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Jonnie and James Watkins of Lobelville, Mandy and Greg Hopper of Atoka and Jennifer Crackel of Berea, Ky.; his brother and sister-in-law, James and Roxanne Crackel of Stone Fort, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.P. and Jane Eddlemon and Robert and Anna Marie Crackel.
