South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for Nov. 28-Dec. 2:
Breakfast
Monday, Nov. 28 — Whole-grain Pop Tarts with fresh orange or cereal with graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Tuesday, Nov. 29 — Whole-grain breakfast pizza or whole-grain cereal with whole-grain toast and jelly and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Wednesday, Nov. 30 — Sausage with whole-grain biscuit or whole-grain cereal with wheat cinnamon toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Thursday, Dec. 1 — Whole-grain breakfast round or whole-grain cereal with graham cracker and fresh orange and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Friday, Dec. 2 — Powdered French toast or whole-grain cereal with wheat cinnamon toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Nov. 28 — Burrito or whole-grain corndog, corn on the cob, green beans, pineapple tidbits, graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Tuesday, Nov. 29 — Crispito with cheese or double-stuff pepperoni pizza, romaine salad with dressing, whole kernel corn, strawberry applsauce, Teddy Grahams and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Wednesday, Nov. 30 — Peanut butter and jelly Munchin’ Meal or pork patty with whole-wheat bun, green beans, macaroni and cheese, baby carrot sticks with dip, orange blushing pears, 100 percent fruit snacks and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Thursday, Dec. 1 — Ham and cheese Munchin’ Meal with whole-grain bread or chicken fajita wrap, stewed carrots, pinto beans, sliced peaches, Goldfish crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Friday, Dec. 2 — Hamburger with wheat bun or pimento cheese with crackers, baked potato, baked beans, fresh apple slices, ice cream and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.

Union City High School
Monday, Nov. 28 — Baked chicken nuggets with roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Nov. 29 — Beef spaghetti with breadstick, fresh salad cup, green peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Nov. 30 — Chicken patty with bun, baked beans, sweet potatoes and apples, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Dec. 1 — Beef and Spanish rice with Texas toast, refried beans, whole kernel corn, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Dec. 2 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
