Hunter Scott Taylor, 17, of Dresden, brother of Jantzen Tyler Stafford of South Fulton and grandson of Charles and Geraldine Easley of Union City, died Nov. 18, 2011, at Regional Medical Center in Memphis of injuries received in an automobile accident Nov. 16.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden, with burial following there in Sunset Cemetery. The Revs. Dewayne Thomas and Jerry Taylor will officiate.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
He was born May 15, 1994, in McKenzie, son of Benjamin Joseph and Jennifer Lee (McCoy) Taylor of Dresden. He was a student at Dresden High School.
Survivors also include his sister, Madison Grace Taylor of Dresden; another brother, Austin Reed Taylor of Dresden; his paternal grandparents, Jerry and Ilene Taylor of Greenfield; three aunts and his uncle, Charlene and John Burpo and Stacey Rico, all of Kenton, and Mary Easley of Union City; and four cousins, Jeremy Burpo, Laura Burpo, Noah Rico and Nickolas Aguilar, all of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charlie McCoy.
