Georgia Annette Ary Hazlewood

Mrs. Georgia Annette Ary Hazlewood, 81 died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at Union City Nursing and Rehab Center.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Johnson Grove Baptist Church, Martin with Rev. Mike Hazlewood officiating. Burial was in East Side Cemetery in Martin with Murphy Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Austin Hazlewood, Hunter Hazlewood, Jacob Craddock, Tyler Adams, Dustin Adams, Clay Adams, Cole Adams and Dylan Hazlewood served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Hazlewood was born June 18, 1930, in Martin, daughter of the late Morrison and Hettie Moss Ary. She was retired licensed practical nurse at Volunteer General Hospital after 32 years and a member of Johnson Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Hazlewood of Martin; five sons, Rev. Mike (Renee) Hazlewood and Mark (Melanie Hazlewood, both of Martin, Jeff Adams of Murfreesboro, Ricky (Cindy) Adams of Smyrna, and Jackie (Kim) Adams of Newnan, Ga.; one daughter, Tammy (Ronnie) Craddock of Martin; three brothers, Prentice Ary and Monroe Ary, both of Sharon, and Harold Ary of Henry; two sister, Jean Willoughby of Martin and Marilyn Siwicki of West Chester, Ill.; 26 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Buchanan; and one sister, Maizelle White.
