Fulton residents are being invited to share their generous spirit of giving toward “Operation Christmas — Stuff the Squad Car!” Dec. 2 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the parking lot next to the red caboose in downtown Fulton.
Fulton Police Chief Terry Powell said families are encouraged to take time out from stuffing their holiday stockings to “fill the Fulton city police car with canned and nonperishable food items that will assist area families in need this Christmas.” The items will be donated to the Ken-Tenn Food Bank.
Residents who want to make donations in advance may drop them off at the Fulton Police Department. For more information, call Powell at (270) 472-3141.
