Vets program planned Posted: Thursday, November 3, 2011 5:01 pm The Messenger, November 3, 2011 Lake Road School is inviting the community to a Veterans Day celebration Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the school gymnasium. The concert is open to the public, with all veterans or any member of the military as honored guests. David “Stretch” Ursery will be the speaker for the evening. Performing at this program will be Lake Road’s second- and third-grade classes, along with the Obion County Children’s Chorus.
