DAR Tea slated

The Reelfoot Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution will host its annual Good Citizens Tea Tuesday afternoon at the activity building of First Baptist Church on East Church Street in Union City. Members and prospective members are encouraged to attend and are reminded to bring food items for the tea. Members should gather at 3:30 to prepare for the tea at 4. 
Good Citizen nominees from each high school in Obion County will be recognized and honored. 
Members are reminded to offer transportation to those members who may need a ride to the event, according to a spokesman.
