TSSAA set to display postseason brackets

The TSSAA Network (www.tssaanetwork.com) will broadcast the 2011 Blue Cross Bowl Bracket Release Show live Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
High school football teams selected for each of the eight state playoff brackets will be revealed on the program.
The 32 teams for each of the Division I 6A, 5A, 4A and 3A brackets as well as the 24 teams in each of the Division I 2A, 1A and Division II A and AA brackets will be outlined in the two-hour show, produced by the TSSAA Network.
Viewers can watch the program live at TSSAANetwork.com.
All brackets will be posted on the TSSAA website (www.tssaa.org) when the show begins.
The BlueCross Bowl football championships will be held the weekend of Dec. 2 from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville.
The eight championship games will be broadcast live across the seven Tennessee Public Television Council stations, including WLJT-TV in Martin and will also be streamed live on ESPN3.com.
The broadcast times for the 2011 BlueCross Bowl are:
Thursday, Dec. 1
• Division II, Class 1A: 3:30 p.m
• Division II, Class 2A: 7 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 2
• Division I, Class 1A: Noon
• Division I, Class 3A: 3:30 p.m.
• Division I, Class 5A: 7 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 3
• Division I, Class 2A: Noon.
• Division I, Class 4A: 3:30 p.m.
• Division I, Class 6A: 7 p.m.
The 2011 BlueCross Bowl state championship games are presented by the TSSAA, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, the Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office, the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, Tennessee Tech and the TSSAA Network.
