Rives to test hydrants

The Rives Volunteer Fire Department will be testing fire hydrants in the Rives Fire District starting Thursday morning.
Residents will notice a decrease in water pressure and some discoloration in their water during the testing period.
Water should clear up after it is left to run, according to a fire department spokesman.
