South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for Oct. 31-Nov. 4:
Breakfast
Monday, Oct. 31 — Breakfast burrito or cereal with graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Tuesday, Nov. 1 — Cinnamon glazed French toast or whole-grain cereal with yogurt and graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Wednesday, Nov. 2 — Breakfast pizza or whole-grain cereal with cheese wheat toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Thursday, Nov. 3 — Breakfast burrito or whole-grain cereal with cinnamon wheat toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Friday, Nov. 4 — Breakfast rounds or whole-grain cereal with graham crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Oct. 31 — Peanut butter and jelly Munchin’ Meal or grilled chicken with wheat bun, black-eyed peas, sliced carrots, Halloween applesauce, baked cookie and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Tuesday, Nov. 1 — Whole-grain corndog or ribette with wheat bun, whole kernel corn, pinto beans, orange wedge, graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Wednesday, Nov. 2 — Whole-grain bologna and cheese Munchin’ Meal or steak and gravy with whole-grain biscuit, creamy cole slaw, mashed potatoes, pineapple tidbits, orange Jell-O and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Thursday, Nov. 3 — Chicken patty with wheat bun or spaghetti with meat sauce, whole-grain breadsticks, romaine salad with dressing, green peas, mixed fruit, baked cookie and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Friday, Nov. 4 — Cheeseburger with wheat bun or Charlie tuna salad with crackers, baked oven fries, baked beans, carrot sticks with dip, fresh grapes, orange sherbet and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.

Union City High School
Monday, Oct. 31 — Baked chicken nuggets with roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Nov. 1 — Chicken tetrazinni with Texas toast, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, corn, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Nov. 2 — Barbecue pork with bun, baked beans, cole slaw, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Nov. 3 — Beef vegetable soup and grilled cheese sandwich, carrot sticks, green peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Nov. 4 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, Oct. 31 — Baked chicken nuggets with roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Nov. 1 — Chicken tetrazinni with Texas toast, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, corn, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Wednesday, Nov. 2 — Barbecue pork with bun or pimento cheese with bread, baked beans, cole slaw, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Nov. 3 — Beef vegetable soup and grilled cheese sandwich or soy butter and jelly with bread, carrot sticks, green peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Nov. 4 — Cheeseburger with bun or corn dog, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
