Annual youth church hunt set

Mack’s Grove Baptist Church will be holding its annual church youth hunt Saturday in the church’s fellowship hall on Palmersville Highway 89 between Palmersville and Dresden. Breakfast will begin at 4:30 a.m., with speaker Steve Brigance from The Servant Church in Gallatin. Hunters will depart for the deer stands at approximately 5:30 a.m. and deer will be weighed in at Witts End Acres at 4855 Boydsville Road. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chili and trimmings will be served all day and door prizes will be awarded. Anyone over 10 years of age must have taken the hunter’s safety class and each youth must have an adult to sit in the stand with him or her. To sign up, call Charles Mitchell at 822-3079.
