Billy Ray Davis, 69, of Troy died Oct. 12, 2011, at his residence.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy. The Rev. Judd Mowery will officiate and burial will follow in Obion Chapel Cemetery near Hornbeak.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 tonight.
Pallbearers will be Marvin Riley, Jody Riley, Heath Cunningham, David Cunningham, Danny Cunningham, Jack Doughten and Paul Crowell.
The family requests memorials be made to the American Lung Association.
He was born Oct. 31, 1941, son of the late Beecher and Lillian (Mitchell) Davis. He married Carolyn Sue Riley on July 9, 1993, and she survives.
He was a meat cutter for 30 years for E.W. James & Sons Supermarket in Union City and was a member of Obion Chapel Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tracey and Caleb Webb of Chattanooga; a son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Christie Davis of Martin; a stepdaughter, Kelly Archer of Crockett County; a stepson, Danny Archer of Nashville; three grandchildren, Ariel Archer of Branson, Mo., Kerrigan Davis of Martin and Bayli Webb of Chattanooga; and a sister, Mable Cunningham of Hornbeak.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Madding.
