South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for Oct. 17-21:
Breakfast
Monday, Oct. 17 — Whole-grain cinnamon biscuit or cereal with graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Tuesday, Oct. 18 — Chicken whole-grain biscuit or whole-grain cereal with whole-grain toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Wednesday, Oct. 19 — Sausage pancake sticks with syrup or whole-grain cereal with graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Thursday, Oct. 20 — Breakfast burrito or whole-grain cereal with fresh orange wedge and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Friday, Oct. 21 — Sausage with whole-grain biscuit or whole-grain cereal with whole-grain toast and jelly and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Oct. 17 — Burrito or whole-grain corndog, whole kernel corn, baked sweet potato, pineapple tidbits, graham crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Tuesday, Oct. 18 — Whole-grain pepperoni pizza or crispito with cheese, Italian green beans, corn on the cob, sliced peaches, scobby sticks and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Wednesday, Oct. 19 — Bologna and cheese Munchin’ Meal or lasagna with meat sauce and whole-grain cheese stick, romaine salad with dip, green English peas, fresh grapes, chocolate pudding and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Thursday, Oct. 20 — Chicken fajita with stir fry vegetables and flour tortilla or Travelin’ Taco, whole-grain chips, pinto beans, seasoned rice, fresh orange wedge, Goldfish crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Friday, Oct. 21 — Hamburger with wheat bun or ham salad with crackers, seasoned potato wedges, baked beans, baby carrot sticks with dip, orange applesauce, Jell-O and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
