The following cases were disposed of Oct. 3-7 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• Kenneth A. Brown (2810 Lynn St., Union City) — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, costs, suspended sentence/six months.
• Tyler T. Desoto (2965 Harrison St., Paducah, Ky.) — public intoxication, 30 days jail suspended upon $10 fine and costs, assessment with Here’s Hope by Dec. 6.
• Crystal Flowers (522 Quillens St., Samburg) — public intoxication, 30 days suspended upon $10 fine and costs, assessment with Here’s Hope by Dec. 6.
• Alfonso L. Lara (311 Oxford St., Martin) — driving under the influence, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, $350 fine and costs, driver’s license revoked, statutory requirements.
• Charles G. Wilson (413 South Miles Ave., Union City) — public intoxication, 30 days jail suspended upon $10 fine and costs, assessment with Here’s Hope by Dec. 6.
• Eddie D. Canter (211 Bright St. or 1250 North Highway 51, Lot 34, Troy) — reckless endangerment/attempt, amended to misdemeanor reckless endangerment, 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days, costs, supervised probation; vandalism (up to $500), amended to misdemeanor, 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days jail, costs, restitution, supervised probation.
• Joseph Ervin (1007 Myron Cory Drive, Hickman, Ky.) — aggravated burglary and vandalism (up to $500), waived to the grand jury.
• Zachary Hulpa  (105 Orchard Drive, South Fulton) — aggravated burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Michael W. Madding (203 Covington St., South Fulton) — second offense driving under the influence, 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days jail, $600 fine and costs, driver’s license revoked, statutory requirements, supervised probation.
• Erico K. Barber (613 East Main St., Obion) — public intoxication, 30 days jail suspended upon $10 fine and costs by Dec. 6.
• Brandon L. Crume (119 North Home St., Union City) — simple possession/casual exchange, 11 months and 29 days judicial diversion, $250 fine and costs.
• Patricia Acevedo (2427 Burrus St., Union City) — driving without a license, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full; financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Florencia Ambrosio (219 East Palmer St., Union City) — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• David Basham (4334 Stockdale Road, Hornbeak) — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• David C. Bell (6203 Cooley Road, Union City) — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• Melissa Cole (1152 South Wolverine Road, Troy) — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• Ernesto E. Cruz (405 South Clover St., Union City) — driving without a license, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full; financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Kenneth O. Davis Jr. (701 Melrose St., Apt. 15, Union City) — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.

• Jerry W. Slayton (621 Todd St., Apt. 4, Union City) — driving under the influence, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation except 48 hours jail, $350 fine and costs, driver’s license revoked, statutory requirements.
