Bank adds 2 to board

First Citizens National Bank recently announced the appointment of Judy Long to the bank’s board of directors and Laura Beth Butler as secretary to the bank’s board.
The two appointments were announced by Katie Winchester, chairman of First Citizens National Bank’s board of directors.
Ms. Long serves as executive vice president and chief operations officer and has been employed with First Citizens National Bank for the past 36 years.
She currently serves as a member of executive management providing leadership and management for bank and branch operations and information technology. Ms. Long previously served as secretary to the bank’s board of directors and currently serves on the bank’s strategic plan team.
Ms. Long is a native of Dyersburg and has a degree in business administration from Union University in Jackson, with a major in finance. She is also a graduate of Mid South School of Banking.
Ms. Butler serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer at First Citizens National Bank.
She has been a part of the bank’s executive management team and CFO since joining the bank in 2004.
First Citizens National Bank, established in 1889 and headquartered in Tennessee, is a $1 billion independent community ban. The bank has 19 locations serving markets in nine Tennessee counties.
