Additional indictments made public

A handful of additional indictments from the Octo-ber term of the grand jury have been made public following arraignments Monday.
The grand jury convened last week and handed down 54 indictments for various criminal charges.
Nine of the indictments on the list released last week by Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson were either entirely or partially sealed, or secret, pending the arrests of those indicted. They became public Mon-day when arraignments were held.
The additional indictments include:
• Joseph Edward Cochran (indicted with Candyace Pere Anderson) — aggravated burglary, theft and theft.
• Christopher Charles Brown and Jeremy Rockie Brown — aggravated rob-bery.
• Tommy Karl Cagle (indicted with Dustin Karl Cagle) — theft.
• Jontez Martin Dennis — aggravated assault.
• Alexis Roschelle Har-rison (indicted with Sabrina Renee Harrison) — theft of property, two counts.
• Alexis Roschelle Har-rison (indicted with Sabrina Renee Harrison) — theft, three counts.
• Melanie Darlene Smith (indicted with Delbert Shane Linder and David Logan Smith) — initiation of process to manufacture meth, manufacturing of a controlled substance, promotion of meth manufacturing (all), promotion of meth manufacturing (the Smiths only), attempt to commit aggravated child neglect and reckless endangerment (all).
• Heather Williamson (indicted with Michael Shannon McKee) — forgery, five counts.
The indictment list, with the exception of the few which were sealed until Monday, was published in Friday’s edition of The Messenger. It was topped by an area man accused of kidnapping two local children in early August and also included a number of indictments for thefts, burglaries, assaults, sex-related charges and drug-related offenses.
