Martin Police Department

The Martin Police Department is investigating a recent rash of car burglaries. According to a press release, vehicles located at 237 West Peach St. were apparently unlawfully entered between the hours of 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday.
A Pioneer-brand CD player valued at $300 was allegedly taken from a vehicle parked in front of building 100.
Another victim claimed he was missing a Boss Audio-brand car audio system and a pair of Oakley sunglasses, both valued at $500. The vehicle was parked in front of building 500 on West Peach Street in Martin.

Dresden Police Department

An apparent vandal in Dresden has local law enforcement seeking information. In recent days, the Dresden Police Department has been notified of buildings apparently being targeted by spray painters.
No description of the alleged vandal(s) has been offered at this time.
