The Messenger, September 30, 2011 Norma Jean Clayton, 74, of Union City died Sept. 28, 2011, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Obion County Memorial Gardens, with White-Ranson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
