In another game pitting Obion County teams, South Fulton edged Hillcrest 9-8.
The Obion County Tournament is set to be played on Saturday, with brackets finalized today. For the first time ever, Union City will be a part of that event — making it a true Obion County Tournament, rather than one involving only the county school system middle schools.

In a 6-2 loss to Crockett County on Monday, Lewis had two hits and a RBI, Berner and teammate Kym Lynch doubled and Cavness cracked another home run.
Lake Road will play a makeup game at Union City on Friday at 4.

Taylor Rogers led the Devilettes’ 14-hit parade with three safeties.
