The Messenger, September 23, 2011 The mayor and board of aldermen of Woodland Mills will meet Oct. 10 at 6 p.m. at Woodland Mills City Hall. There will be a public hearing on the first reading of updating the current Woodland Mills mitigation plan for disaster and emergencies in Obion County. The meeting is open to the public.
