The second gathering of the Fulton, Ky., Historic African American Railroad Workers, focusing on the preservation of Fulton’s heritage, will be Sept. 16 from 5-7 p.m. at the Harvey O. Vick Community Room at the South Fulton Municipal Complex at 700 Milton Counce Drive.
Percy Lee will be honored with lifetime membership in the National Black Railroad Historical Society and oral history commission project materials will be made available to the City of Fulton. Dorothy Jackson photos and railroad memorabilia are being donated to the Twin Cities  Museum and this will be noted at the meeting. There will also be a salute to Robert Williamson for the creation of the Facebook page “You’re probably from Fulton if …”
