Monette Reed Greer

Monette Reed Greer, 73, of Fisherville died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Services are being held (Tuesday) today at 2:30 p.m. at Hornbeak Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton, Ky. Visitation is set to begin at 1 p.m. through the start of funeral services with a burial at Sandy Branch Cemetery. Mrs. Greer was born Dec. 12, 1937, in Weakley County, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Alice (Frank) Reed. She was a member of the Fisherville Baptist Church in Fisherville and worked as an LPN at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Survivors include a son and daughter, Houston Greer of Moscow and Rhonda Everson of Bartlett; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tom Reed of Mena, Ark. and Rhon Reed of Memphis; and a sister, Paula Pinner of Covington.
