Donna Marie Cole, 25, of 214 Westview Drive was issued a citation charging her with cruelty to animals, unable to show proof of vaccination and having a dog on a tie-out over a period of eight hours, according to a Union City Police Department report. Police went to Ms. Cole’s residence to speak with her after her dog allegedly bit a 13-year-old neighbor boy who apparently tried to pet the dog while it was chained in her yard. She could not show proof of vaccination.
