The Messenger, September 2, 2011 Water will be shut off Wednesday in the Midway and airport areas, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and continuing until 1 p.m. that day. These are approximate times. Marbury Construction will be making repairs on a main water line because of construction to a new roadway for the Everett-Stewart Regional Airport, according to Union City Public Works director Steve Ladd.
