OES to meet in Troy

The Messenger, August 17, 2011 Troy Chapter No. 432 Order of the Eastern Star will meet 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the lodge on East Harper Street for initiatory work. All officers and members are urged to attend and eligible visitors will be welcome, according to a spokesman.
