On Aug. 3, Cary Lee Bills, II, was charged with theft of property. On Aug. 7, Scott William Bowlin of Bruceton was charged with DUI (first offense) and violation of the light law. On Aug. 5, Veanssa Lee Davidson of Greenfield was charged with DUI (first offense), simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and legend drugs without prescription. On Aug. 6, Jimmy Douglas Dutton of Dresden was charged with failure to appear. On Aug. 5, Douglas Wayne Esch of Gleason was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and habitual motor vehicle offender. On Aug. 1, James Montana Glidewell of Fulton, Ky. was charged with failure to appear. On Aug. 5, Jennifer Lee Gunnells of Rutherford was charged with failure to appear and violation of probation. On Aug. 4, Christopher Todd Hale of Obion was charged with violation of probation, evading arrest, reckless endangerment, simple assault and resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest. On Aug. 7, Antonio Royal Hogard of Martin was charged with domestic assault. On Aug. 6, Martin Loren Hoots of Rutherford was charged with DUI (second offense), driving on a revoked/suspended license and reckless endangerment. On Aug. 2, Patricia Ann Hutson of Camden was charged with failure to appear and violation of the check law. On Aug. 3, Daniel James Irvine of Union City was charged with failure to appear and violation of probation. On Aug. 4, Jeffery Joe Jones of Palmersville was charged with possession of Schedule IV. On Aug. 2, Roger Lewis Matthews of Martin was charged with possession of Schedule VI with intent. On Aug. 5, Robert Wayne McAlister of Greenfield was charged with initiation of the process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. On Aug. 2, Justin Scott Schultz of Paragould, Ark., was charged with violation of the registration law and driving on a revoked/suspended license.
