Locks of Love Hudgins

LOCKS OF LOVE — Rebekah Hudgins of Troy recently donated two 10-inch braids to Locks of Love. She is a third-grader at Hillcrest Elementary School and is the daughter of Jonathan and Rachel Hudgins of Troy. Buffy Laws of Cut N Curl in Troy assisted her with her donation.
