Recovery centers closing

The mobile Disaster Recovery Centers set up in Obion and Lake counties will be closing Friday, according to a news release from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The two centers will remain open for their final day Friday and then will be leaving the area, according to a news release from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The Disaster Recovery Center in Obion is located in the Obion Community Center at 221 North Broadway, across from Obion City Hall, while the Lake County center is located in the National Guard Armory in Tiptonville, at 2375 State Route 21 East.
According to the latest FEMA statistics, a total of 63 people registered for disaster aid in Obion County and 148 people registered for assistance in Lake County.
