The two actors are part of a cast of about 40 who have been working for the past few weeks getting the show ready for its three weekend run. “The Music Man” is being directed by Sacchi Doss and revolves around a series of events that take place in and around River City, Iowa, in the summer of 1912. The two-act play features numerous musical numbers, a little comedy, several dance numbers and a little romance thrown in to make the show one that should appeal to a broad audience. Tickets are $15 and available at Lanzer Printing and Office Supply Inc. in Union City or at the box office prior to the show. Performances are scheduled on weekends through June 12 with Friday and Saturday shows starting at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees scheduled for 2.
