May 9 – Hard or soft shell taco or rib sandwich, baked Tostitos®, cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomato, baby carrots with dip and mixed frozen fruit
May 10– Baked chicken rings or savory pork roast and gravy, homemade roll, whipped potatoes, seasoned green beans and pear halves
May 11 – Chicken quesadilla or mini corn dogs, baked potato wedges, steamed brocolli and fresh orange wedges
