Union City Coca-Cola Walk of Hope team will be cooking barbecued ribs Saturday and will sell them to raise funds for Obion County’s Hometown Walk of Hope. Call 885-5140 to reserve the number of slabs needed. Extras will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday. Pick-up time is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in front of Union City Coca-Cola at 1915 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City. The price is $18 per slab.
 Also available on Saturday will be T-shirts which feature the lavender ribbon which recognizes all types of cancer and “FRIENDS DON’T LET FRIENDS FIGHT CANCER ALONE.” The price for small through extra-large sizes is $12. Size 2X will sell for $14.
Those who missed last year’s “Fight Like a Girl” T-shirt may still purchase extra-large T-shirts for $12.
