There will be having a jewelry fundraiser on Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Jason will be bringing lots of nice affordable items to sell.
Sharon City-wide Yard Sale will be Saturday. We will be having our Annual Book Sale from 9 a.m-12 p.m. City of Sharon City Hall can provide more information about set-up fees.
The library will also host an Author Appearance by Otis Griffin, author of “Southern Raisin” Saturday 9 a.m.-noon. This week’s story time was “The Library Doors.” Pat Potter enticed the children with this story. The children enjoyed coloring pages and having a treat following the story. Please bring the children to our Story Time each Thursday at 10:30 a.m. The Book Buzz will meet again Thursday at 1:30 p.m. We encourage others to come join the book club.
The Library also has several different community items for sale, “The Last 100 Years of Sharon,” Sharon 1997 Annuals and our Sharon Afghans. Please stop by to check out our ongoing book sale new books are added weekly. Stop in and check out our new books and DVDs we are adding to our collection. Don’t forget about our recycling.
