Members of the Westview tennis team now know what lies ahead for them.
The brackets for the District 14A-AA  Tour-nament were released on Wednesday afternoon after a meeting of the league’s coaches.
All totaled, eight W’view athletes will compete in the event, which is slated to begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the UT Martin tennis courts.
The play-in, first and quarterfinal rounds are scheduled for Saturday.
Semifinal action is set to begin on Monday at 4 p.m.
The championship mat-ches for both the girls and boys will follow the semis.
The semifinal and championship matches will both be best two-out-three sets.
Saturday’s opening three rounds will be of the pro set nature with the victor being the first player to eight games.
In the girls’ draw, Westview’s Laura Ferrer battles Haywood’s Amy Davis in the play-in round.
Lady Charger Sydney Gilliam also takes to the court on Saturday morning in a play-in round match against Crockett County’s Sarah Littlejohn.
If Ferrer wins, she will play Ripley’s Lauren Taylor in the next round.
Gilliam would battle Dyersburg’s Corena Hasselle if she can defeat Littlejohn.
Girls’ doubles action has Lady Chargers Melissa Darroch and Cara Burnham against Dyersburg’s Aura Mae Northcutt and Faith Davis in the first round.
W’view’s Chantia Brown and Ashley Gross are to battle the No. 1 overall seeded team — Union City’s Tara Elam and Anna Moore in a first-round match.
On the boys’ side, Charger Tanner Spencer faces Drew Butler in the play-in round. If Spencer wins, he’ll face the winner of a match between Covington’s Dillon Johnson and Gibson County’s Sco-ttie Blankinship.
Charger Ethan Plunk awaits the winner of a play-in match — featuring Haywood’s Nathan Peace and Dallas Mathis — in the first round.
