CHI OMEGA WINS 50th ALL-SING – UT Martin’s Chi Omega Sorority won first place in the university’s 50th Annual All-Sing Competition, held recently at Central Baptist Church in Martin. The singing competition’s theme was “One Word Wonders” as groups based their shows on one word. Chi Omega performed “It Is Well With My Soul,” “Heart and Soul,” “Hey Soul Sister” and other songs that featured the word “soul.” Pictured with the first-place trophy and traveling award provided by Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, All-Sing sponsor, are the Chi Omega All-Sing performers, members of the First Baptist Church Praise Band in Paris who accompanied the group and Meredith Crouch (far right), All-Sing conductor, also of Paris.  A contribution was made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Chi Omega philanthropy, in honor of the sorority’s participation in All-Sing.wcp 4/28/11
