Completed arrangements are being announced for Barbara Ann Pearson, 68, of Fulton, who died April 26, 2011, at St. Francis Select Specialty Hospital in Memphis.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Fulton, with the Revs. Arnette Morris, Michael Pryor and Leroy Brent officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlea Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
The family requests that memorials be made to United Cerebral Palsy, 3601 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45229.
Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
She was born May 28, 1942, in Huntingdon, daughter of the late Lucille (Johnson) and Augustus Pearson Sr. She was a retired clerk for the Fulton County Health Department and was a member of the Fulton Housing Authority. She had lived in Fulton most of her life and was a member of St. Paul AME Church in South Fulton.
She is survived by three daughters, Regina (Pearson) Brown of Louisville, Ky., Victoria Pearson of East Brentwood and Rita Pearson of South Fulton; two sons, Tyrone Pearson of Memphis and Victor Pearson of Helendale, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her brother, William Pearson of Memphis.
She was also preceded in death by her brother and two sisters.
