Jay Courtney Storye, 23, of Union City died April 14, 2011, on Shady Grove Road near Union City.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday, with the Rev. James Kinsey officiating, at East View Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Glover, Chase Sims, Travis Byars and Rose Witten.
There will be no visition. White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born April 12, 1988, in Obion County, son of Phyllis May (Boane) Storye of Union City and the late Stephen Wayne Storye.
