MARCH WORKSHOP — Each month the Obion County Public Library and the University of Tennessee Obion County 4-H Program team up to provide craft workshops for children in grades K-6. Youth created bird feeders from rice cakes, peanut butter and bird seeds. Youth also painted sun catchers. 4-H volunteers assisting during the workshop included 4-H All Star Marissa Howard and collegiate 4-Her Chelsie Darnell.
