The Messenger, April 20, 2011 The Obion County Public Library will be closed Friday and Saturday in observance of Good Friday and the Easter holiday. The library, located at 1221 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City, will reopen for regular business hours Monday at 9 a.m.
