INTERNATIONAL CAFE – Monday marked the 36th Annual International Café, a feature of the University of Tennessee at Martin’s yearly International Week. Events throughout the week will be focused on the featured country, South Korea. The International Café was hosted from noon-1 p.m. on Monday, in Duncan Ballroom of Boling University Center. UT Martin’s international students had the opportunity to share their cultures with the campus community by preparing and selling examples of their native cuisines. International Week is sponsored by International Programs and the Center for International Education. Serving up traditional Korean dishes include (from left) Sayeon Han, Eunji Park and Choungman Kim. For a small fee, UT Martin students could sample different dishes from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Korea, Japan, Mexico, Turkey, Thailand and many other places across the globe.
