Yeung to perform

faculty recital

Dr. Amy Yeung, associate professor of voice at the University of Tennessee at Martin, will be presenting her faculty recital at 7:30 p.m., March 31, at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Martin.

The recital will feature German art songs by composers of the Romantic period, such as Franz Schubert, Clara and Robert Schumann and Hugo Wolf. Dr. Elaine Harriss, professor of music and interim chair of the department of music, will accompany on the piano. The event is free and open to the public.

Fulton church

plans yard sale

The United Church of the Living God, 609 Martin Luther King Dr., Fulton, Ky. will have a spring yard sale April 1-2. On Friday it will be held from 8 a.m.-? and Saturday from 8 a.m.-noon.

There will be lots of clothes, shoes and a variety of other things. Free coffee and donuts will be served.

 

Bells Chapel

to hold program

Bells Chapel CME Church, 207 North Highland Dr., Fulton will hold “The 12 Tribes of Israel Program at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 3.

Special guest will be Rev. Tammy Acree of Princeton, Ky. Everyone welcome.
