Margaret Jean (Huey) Chlebek, 78, of Grand Rapids, Mich., a former resident of Obion County, died March 26, 2011, in Michigan.
A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Graves Chapel Church of God fellowship hall. The church is located on Luther Davis Road near Troy. The Rev. William Matheny will officiate.
Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
Mrs. Chlebek was born June 16, 1932, in Obion County, daughter of the late Willie B. and Mattie Olene (Klutts) Huey. She married Bob Chlebek in 1960. He died in 2003. She had been employed at General Motors in Grand Rapids until her retirement.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Mary Dillard and Dick and Julie Chlebek, all of Grand Rapids; two brothers, Harold B. Huey of Troy and Wayne Huey of Big Rapids, Mich.; and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of Michigan.
She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, W.G. Huey; three sisters, Ina B. Dyer, Mabel Lucille Huey and Annie Laura Huey; and her brother, Herman “PeeWee” Huey.
