Fulton meeting set

Fulton City Commission will meet 6:30 p.m. today in the commission room at Fulton City Hall.
Items on the agenda include approval of minutes from the March 14 meeting, the rezoning of property at 341 Walnut St. from C-1 to C-3 for a dance studio, discussion of the city’s auditor contract, discussion of the out-sourcing and mailing and printing for city utility bills, approval of vouchers, consideration of a municipal order to award the bid for the energy efficient windows and doors at City Hall and the fire department, the promotion of an employee as training officer/assistant fire chief (no name noted), the first summary reading of an ordinance for the city’s floodplain, an updated report on the Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study from the Public Works director, discussion regarding the exchange of lots for the Scattered Sight Housing Program and discussion on the seasonal hiring in the Public Works department.
The session is open to the public.
The commission will then adjourn into executive session to discuss personnel and pending litigation.
