Producers who missed the previous pesticide private application re-certification meetings may attend a make-up session that has been scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Obion County Farm Bureau in Union City. Participants are advised to allow 11⁄2 hours to be re-certified.
Those taking part will owe $15, payable by check made out to UT, at the session and must have a current Pesticide Private Use Applicator Card.
Anyone not currently certified must attend a regular certification meeting arranged through the University of Tennessee Extension Service.
For more information, call the Obion County Extension office at 885-3742.
