Anna Beth Powell, 91, of Fulton died 9:20 p.m. March 17, 2011, at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
Services were 2 p.m. Sunday at Union Church in Fulton, with the Revs. Terry Pulley and James Lawson officiating. Burial followed there in Union Cemetery.
Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton was in charge of arrangements.
The family requests that memorials be made to Union Church, 609 State Route 1125 South, Fulton, KY 42041.
She was born Nov. 5, 1919, in Graves County, Ky., daughter of the late Henry and Clara (Brann) Pentecost. She was the widow of J.R. Powell, who died Nov. 27, 2004. A homemaker, she was a member of Union Church in Fulton, where she was a member of the Ladies Choir Group and had been choir director for the church. She had lived in this area most of her life and was also a member of Fulton County (Ky.) Homemakers Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Julie Ann Williamson of Mt. Juliet; her son, Bobby Powell of Fulton; three grandchildren, Ellen Quick of Franklin, Tracey Ferguson of Fulton and David Ferguson of Union City; two great-grandchildren, Tyler Quick and Patrick Quick, both of Nashville; and two great-great-grandchildren, Emma Quick and Aria Quick, both of Nashville.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
