Fincher to open office in Martin

Fincher to open office in Martin

Monday will mark an historic day for Weakley County as community members witness the opening of the first-ever Congressional District headquarters to open in this rural Northwest Tennessee county.

Since taking over the seat left vacant by retired 8th District Con. John Tanner, Republican Stephen Fincher has already opened two district offices in his representative region and a third office will soon be accessible right in the heart of downtown Martin.

Fincher will meet and greet constituents at the Weakley County Republican Headquarters on S. Lindell Street from noon until 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 21.

From there, the representative will cut the ribbon on his new district office located inside The REED Center right down the street.

Supporters are invited to attend the meet and greet and office opening. Refreshments will be served.

Earlier this week, Fincher’s staff announced the opening of his new district office in Dyersburg. This is the second office to open in the district, along with the main office in Jackson.  In addition to the downtown Martin location, Fincher will open another office in Dickson in the coming weeks.

“It is incredibly important to me to stay in close touch with everyone across the district in order to listen, learn and help folks with their interactions with the federal government,” Fincher said.

The REED Center is located at 408 S. Lindell St. in downtown Martin.
