DAR meeting set

Reelfoot Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution will meet 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Obion County Museum on Edwards Street in Union City. The program will focus on education and the schools supported by the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution will be highlighted.
Members and prospective members whose applications are in process are encouraged to attend. Members are also reminded to contact those who may lack transportation and offer a ride, a spokesman said.
