Anthony Wayne Cak-sackkar, 46, of South Fulton died 12:36 p.m. Feb. 18, 2011, in the emergency room at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
A memorial service is planned at a later date and will be announced by Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton.
He was born Aug. 17, 1964, in Cook County, Ill., son of the late Don Cak-sackkar and the late Martha Virginia (Stephens) Brooks. He was a mechanic and had lived in this area most of his life.
He is survived by two daughters, Dominique Caksackkar of Fulton and Mallorie Anderson of Peru, Ind.; his stepson, Kyle Ray of Paducah, Ky.; four grandchildren, Payton Anderson of Peru, Alayah Caksackkar of Fulton and Jeremy Ray and Shyanne Ray, both of Paducah, Ky.; three brothers, Stephen Dale Caksackkar of Houston County, Tommy Lynn Caksackkar of South Fulton and Richard Alan Caksackkar of Hornbeak; his sister, Marlena Noel Caksackkar of South Fulton; two half brothers, Ronnie Cook and Donnie Cook, both of Hornbeak; and two stepbrothers, Ray Brooks of South Fulton and Nicky Brooks of Texas.
