Fugitives from justice caught in county

Weakley County Sheriff’s Department and Martin Police Department officers arrested four individuals bearing the fugitive from justice mark Wednesday. 

According to a report released by Inv. Marty Plunk of the WCSD, on Feb. 16, he, along with Sheriff Mike Wilson were notified by the Fulton County, Ky. Sheriff’s Office that the Fulton County Circuit Court had issued indictments charging Jonathon Winston with two counts of attempted murder, Trey P. Dean with two counts of attempted murder, Karla Denise Dean with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and being a persistent felony offender and Deanna Marie Macyauski with conspiracy to commit murder.

The report stated that after officers obtained fugitive from justice warrants on the four, Inv. Plunk and Sheriff Wilson with Inv. Tommy Erwin and Capt. Randal Walker of the Martin Police Department, located Macyauski and Winston on Adams Road in Martin. 

They were taken into custody without incident. Karla and Trey Dean (mother and son) were located on Reed Road just north of Martin. 

They were taken into custody without incident as well. 

The four will appear before Judge Tommy Moore for an extradition hearing to be extradited back to Kentucky to face the indictments.
