Michael Lee Scrivner, 28, of Obion died early Feb. 3, 2011, in a traffic accident near Union City.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion, with the Rev. Archie Larry officiating. Burial will follow in Elbridge Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Butler, Donald Pollock, Mike Adair, Shane Powers, T.J. Berkeen, Steve King, Darrel Butler and Mark Butler Jr.
He was born Nov. 10, 1982, in Chicago and was a truck driver for Volunteer Distributing Co. of Dresden.
Survivors include his wife, Christy Leeann (Butler) Scrivner; two sons, Michael Lee Scrivner Jr. and Fisher Chase Scrivner; his parents, Keith and Shirley (Sherron) Hepler; and two sisters, Tracy Dee Isbell and Trisha Lynn Scrivner, all of Obion.
He was also preceded in death by an infant sister.
