Croppin’ event set

Union City J’Cettes are hosting two days of fun at a “Croppin’ for a Cure” event Friday from 5-11 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the Obion County fairgrounds in Union City.
The fee is $35 for both days or for Saturday only.
Those attending on Friday will be “on your own” for supper, but there will be a community table for snacks and drinks and all those attending are asked to bring a snack to share as well as a two-liter soft drink.
On Saturday, included in the ticket price, participants will receive two meals and drinks, table space, a goody pack, access to the yard sale table and the awarding of hourly door prizes.
T-shirts will be available for $10 (short sleeve) and $12 (long sleeve). An extra dollar will be charged for each additional “X” greater than X-large size.
Vendors who will be on site include Creative Memories, Page Perfect Memories, Pampered Chef and Thirty-One. There will also be a yard sale table where participants can display items they want to get rid of.
